Vendor Info for the 2013 Wings Over Wine Country Air Show

Vendor Contract

Please note the changes in this year's contract in regard to beverage sales and trademarked items. Also, please note the prohibition on selling or giving away toy firearms of any kind, including replicas.

All gate and vehicle passes will be mailed to the address on the contract prior to the show. Please be sure to clearly print your name and address or you may not get your passes. All vendors must use the passes or they will be required to pay gate admission. Directions to the vendor gate will be mailed with your passes.

We are expanding the show from last year and plan to have more aircraft, displays, flying and activities for all to enjoy. We look forward to working with you to make this our best show ever.

Finally, all vendors are reminded not to drive south of the Air Show venue on the airport ramp. The Airport will cite anyone who enters the airline security box a minimum fine of $250 and TSA can impose stiffer penalties.

Welcome to the Pacific Coast Air Museum's annual Wings Over Wine Country Air Show, August 17 & 18, 2013 at the Sonoma County Airport.

This will be the most action packed event that the Pacific Coast Air Museum has ever produced. We expect to attract over 22,000 spectators over the two day event.

All interested exhibitors will need to complete an exhibitor’s agreement and submit it with their contract, permits, insurance and payment in full to the PCAM Admin Office by July 10, 2013.

Food vendors should have all their information in to the County Health Department at least three weeks prior to the show.

Exhibitors are encouraged to sign up early as the number of exhibitors in each category is limited. Returning exhibitors will be given priority in their category if they are the first to submit prior to June 30, 2013.

Our location on the north end of the airport affords us a lot more room for planes, patrons and vendors. But due to our location there is no shade or power but there is improved vendor parking. All vendors will need to provide their own shade and power as needed.
