Vendor Info for the 2012 Wings Over Wine Country Air Show
To All Prospective Exhibitors:
Welcome to the Pacific Coast Air Museum’s Annual “Wings Over Wine Country” Air Show,August 18 & 19, 2012 at the Sonoma County Airport.
Our location on the north end of the airport affords us a lot more room for planes, patrons and vendors. But due to our location there is no shade or power but there is improved vendor parking. All vendors will need to provide their own shade and power as needed.
This will be the most action packed event that the Pacific Coast Air Museum (PCAM) has ever produced. We expect to attract over 22,000 spectators over the two day event. See our (Performers page. ) for a list of this year’s performers.
All interested exhibitors will need to complete an exhibitor’s agreement and submit it with their
contract, permits, insurance and payment in full to the PCAM Admin Office by July 10, 2011 in order to
participate in the show. Food vendors should have all their information in to the County Health
Department at least three weeks prior to the show.
Exhibitors are encouraged to sign up early as
the number of exhibitors in each category is limited. Returning exhibitors will be given priority
in their category if they are the first to submit prior to June 30, 2012.
